New, refurbished and used products are covered by a Hasuka Automation
warranty of 24 months from the delivery date.
If the returned item has not been used in accordance with the product specifications, has been damaged or disassembled, or has been damaged during the return as a result of poor packaging, then the warranty will not be valid.
Following a thorough evaluation by Hasuka Automation, we will proceed with the potential repair or replacement of the non-functioning or non-compliant product. A refund will only be issued if the vendor determines that the primary remedies
(repair/replacement) are not feasible.
GUARANTEE VOID
The tampering, unauthorised removal of Hasuka Automation warranty seal, failure to follow the user instructions, the use of a different voltage from that set in the Operation Manual, the fitting of non-genuine parts or parts that do not comply with the technical specifications, failures from improper use of the device, the repair attempt by unqualified personnel, the damage caused by natural disasters and not (lightning, fire, flooding, vandalism, etc.), will void warranty. The warranty conditions will apply only to the product, object of malfunction, accompanied by the authorisation to return.

The BK5150 Beckhoff CANopen Compact Bus Coupler is the perfect addition to the Beckhoff Bus Terminal system. With up to 64 supported terminals, and the ability to connect up to 255, this compact and cost-efficient coupler offers automatic baud rate detection and two address selection switches for easy address assignment. Comes with a 5-pin connector, with the option to include an integrated terminating resistor for seamless fieldbus connection.
